Meet Megan

Hi I’m Megan, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and mom of two.

​

I help families simplify mealtimes and develop a positive relationship with food.  From picky eating to meal planning burnout I guide families in finding a unique solution that works for them.

 

As a health focussed mom and nutrition professional, I know how important nutrition in childhood is and how hard it can be to get them to eat well. That being said my approach to nutrition for families raising young kids is both realistic and evidence based. 

 

My goal is to alleviate mealtime stress by giving parents the confidence to make smart nutrition choices and establish healthy habits around food for their family.

I received a Diploma in Nutrition through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2018 when my oldest was a toddler.  Around the same time, my adventurous eater became disinterested in trying anything new and wanted all plain foods.  I knew this had to change and began researching what leading Paediatric Nutrition professional were teaching to resolve this issue. Years later I no longer stress about my child being difficult to feed and have the confidence to help her establish a healthy diet that supports her growth and development without pressure or "hacks" to get her to eat.

 

After learning to feed a picky eater, I knew helping other families to make mealtimes easier was my purpose. I started my nutrition practice to help families create peaceful and low stress mealtimes through education and practical everyday strategies.
